Slightly perturbed this morning. I don't think I should weigh in on Thursdays anymore. They seem to be cursed for me. Seriously.
Because we all know that I weighed myself on the 12th. But today?? Today, I was 0.4 lbs heavier than I was three days ago. How is that possible? I exercised, I was really good about my diet. What the hell?!
So I thought, maybe there is something wrong with the scale. That has to be it, right? I waited a few and let the scale reset. Stepped on ... and I was 1 lb heavier than I was on the 12th. I've decided that the scale is acting weird today so I'm going to do my official weigh in tomorrow.
And no giving me crap for it! :)

My low days are Tuesday and Wednesday. I weigh on Saturday. I've decided to keep Saturday because I find those weights are more realistic for me to cosistently beat and maintain.

Awwww! Thanks. It was really discouraging to be sure. But we'll see which day is best to weigh in for me. It isn't going to be today! ha ha ha
stupid scales - I am convinced I should do it every two weeks - but it ends up being every day anyway. And I have the old-school analog one that can be +/- 2 pounds
+/- TWO pounds?! That's Satan's scale! Well, I'm going to figure out the right day to weigh in though. One that won't make me want to stick my head in the oven. Which really won't do much good since it is an electric oven. :)
Scales are always varying by a lil bit. It can vary just from you going to the bathroom. Or just cuz it feels like it.
Well, just moving a scale can mess it up a bit. But weight can change from day to day. I just try to tell myself that it could be anything from natural body fluctuations or too much sodium. I'm just hard on myself I guess.
